Ravinder brings with him over 13 years of Customer Support experience and led global teams with Blackberry, NCS/Singtel more recently, was the Global Head of Customer Support with TradeGecko Pte Ltd where he oversaw teams across 3 global sites.


Over the past few years, Ravinder has focused on service delivery transformation with the objective to drive best in class customer experience through process improvement, building efficiencies and people development.

Ravinder graduated with a BSc (HONS) Computing for Business from University of Northumbria, Newcastle. He was also a recipient of Singtel’s CEO Award for his contributions to the success of Agency Facilities Management support services to the whole of government and statutory boards.
